Q: I take Amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide for BP and acetaminophen as a pain reliever. Can I mix these meds?
A: Acetaminophen (Tylenol), an easily obtainable pain killer and fever reducer, can be mixed with Amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. It is a good idea to tell your doctor if you take this medicine on a regular basis.
