I have high blood pressure, one kidney and acid reflux; would resperate work for me?

Q: I have high BP, only one kidney, type 2 diabetes, acid reflux and a goiter on my thyroid. Would a RESPeRATE be beneficial for me? Are there any other medications without side effects?
