What arthritis drug does not have the side effect of increasing blood pressure?

Q: I take Daypro for arthritis but it raises my BP. Is there any other arthritis drug that would be less likely to raise my BP?
A: Acetaminophen, more commonly known as Tylenol, has helped many people with the pain of arthritis. It does not elevate blood pressure.
