Q: Does RESPeRATE cause any physical side effects while using the CPAP for sleep apnea?

A: Use of the RESPeRATE is not associated with any side effects. CPAP use is not a known contraindication for the RESPeRATE but people with structural abnormalities of the respiratory system were not included in clinical trials of RESPeRATE.
